I swear I called this Epidemic to the Fashion World many Years ago. Guys are in Tights and its going to take everyone a minute to get used to but its definitely happening. I thinks its a great thing like boys in tights is a plus to me. I would definitely Do this look Blazer Docs and Tights from American or even tights chain No shirt!! WHat would you put with it??
